2012 USA – Day 13 – Zion National Park

Zion National Park is a stunning natural wonder located in the southwestern United States. The park covers 229 square miles and is home to a diverse array of plant and animal life, as well as a number of unique geological features.

One of the main attractions of the park is the Zion Canyon, which is a 15-mile long and up to 2,640-foot deep gorge carved by the North Fork of the Virgin River.
